At a-2nd-chance, we want to inspire kids in juvenile centers, helping them reach their goals, bringing us closer to brighter futures for these deserving youths. We believe in the power of education and books to make a difference. Our goal is to give these kids the resources they need to explore different worlds.
Some things as small as starting book clubs or rotations libraries are some of the things centers have been able to do with the new varieties of books. It's the small things that can have a large impact on youths. It can build communities and foster learning. But just being as simple as providing a new source of entertainment can make all the difference in one's mental well-being.
